A few years ago I found a wonderful product at one of our liquidation centres. It was hair paint in a long tube with a small brush. Its purpose was to streak hair without using hair dye. It allowed me to put a few highlites in my blond hair (the product was amber coloured). Have not been able to find any at the usual places, i.e. department stores, drug stores, etc.

Does anyone know where I can by a similar product in Ontario, Canada.
