I have lost 40 lbs by realizing that my passion for life was not only food, but it was healthy food! thank god! I feel so blessed to have this passion and i'm going to school for nutrition, thats my major. I love it! But i need to lose the rest of my weight... i feel like these last 15 lbs are just not going anywhere i need some motivation, someone please help! also advice on a good lunch or dinner quick meal, i eat late cause i get home from work late so i'm trying to stop that, so please someone give me some ideas!:confused:

The Mediterranean diet is really good. Basically all it is is Greek/mid eastern recipes using olive oil and healthier ingredients than the Standard American Diet.
Using olives, olive oils, omega, good fats/oils, apple cider vinegar and sea salt are things that as a nutritionist you should find better for health.
