I have a Carrier heat pump 2 years old and the AC etc. won't come on...... The thermostat shows temps and when you put it on cool etc. nothing happens...... I tried to see if the fan setting would work but it doesn't.....I've also tried the heat, Eheat and Auto settings.......The thermostat says each is on but nothing happens..... I've kicked the breakers on and off a # of times but still not working..... Any suggestions or possibilities would be appreciated...... Thanks

there could be a handful of things wrong... could be a power issue. could be the high side of transformer. could be the circuit board. could be low voltage wiring.
might want to call the company out that installed it to look it over. any parts should still be under warranty however labor porbably isnt covered unless you added the extra warranty.
