You wire the two lights "in parallel". The "line" (live wire) goes through the switch (black wire, usually) and then to the dark terminal on one lamp and then to the dark terminal on the second lamp. The "neutral" (white wire) goes directly to the light terminal of one lamp and then to the light terminal of the second lamp.
