Thanks for help;

I am in Mexico and I am in process of obtaining FM3 visa.
I intend to live in Mexico permanently.
My only income are alimony, which are deposited to my U.S. bank account
every month .
Am I am going to pay the same taxes out of this income to IRS, living
in Mexico, how I used to pay when I have been living in States ?

As long as you retain your U.S. citizenship, you are liable for U.S. income taxes on the alimony received.
