Been a long time since I posted. I've been using Bioclaire Cream & Oil and have been mixing the two together and got good results. Recently I've been in the sun a long time I did apply the sunscreen, but didn't do so well and got darker.
Regardless, I'm back home and applying it. I was just wondering many people seem to exfoliate their skin when lightning. Just curious what does it exactly do? How should I do it? And which exfoliating products should I get? I prefer "buy in store ones" to make it easier.

Thanks!
