Hi,
I am filling up a w-7 form for an ITIN number and I have a couple of questions :

1. I have a new passport and a valid visa on my old passport (different passport numbers), do I need to write the visa number on the form ?

2. I am submiting a notarized copy of my passport but my picture in the copy is not good due to the copy... does the picture need to be seen in the copy?

3. in the explantion it said to write N/A on any blank field, do I realy need to write it on every blank field ?

Thanks.

1) Use the NEW passport number, but the old VISA numbers.

2) Try scanning the passport, then printting off the scanned copy; it is usally much clearer, especially if you use a color printer.

3) No, you can leave fields blank.

Okay, I did not know it was already notarized and apostilled.

Go ahead and send it; it should be accepted.
