Dear All,

I want to use ordinal regression, having ordinal independent and dependent variables. my problem is that i don't know if i put ordinal independent variables into factor box or covariate box.
I tested both way, and through the outputs I got that using the ordinal independent variables as covariate seems more rational. but in different spss guide, the covariate variable must be ratio or interval.

my dependent and independent variables both have ordinal range from 1 to 5 (strongly disagree - strongly agree)

please help me.

Regards
Farshad
