Wall unit? If so, I would check end of cord.

its not a wall unit its a central air unit

Then I would check the inside breaker(s) and disconnects, you may have 2 breakers in the panel one for inside and 1 for outside unit. then you should have 1 right next to each unit(inside and out), turn off, then ON

Please help i can't find the reset button and it is hot here!

not haveing a model it would be impossible to try and guess,,but its doubtful it has a reset button,,,,,,turn off all breakers,for a/c unit and furnace,then back on
