is probably low voltage prob. check the smaller tstat wire going to the contactor,for 24 volts.trace the wire back to the furnace if you don`t have 24 volts,,lookin for chewed or broken wires. have you checked the circuit board for a blown automotive type push-in fuse

it is me again i have change the contractor and it work . i solve the first problem now i have anther problem the fan work fine and it response to the thermostat but the problem now with the compressor it wont kick in it did the first time i pushed on the bad contactor before i change it when i put the new one in it didn't work i changed the capacitor too and yet no compressor i check all the wiring it is fine the power going in to the compressor is 230V but the one going to the fan is 330 that reading from the capacitor to the fan but from the contactor it is 226V in and out so what you think the problem there a button in the side said reset i did push this one also and there was no different
