I have a Maple/Chase Thermostat. Item # 09520. The thermostat recently is reading anywhere between 75 to 77 degrees room temp. The degree I want it to be is 73. My wife says its working and I say its not. When you take the cover off along the top is a black button that goes up or down. I don't see anything on this box that says anything about reset. Also that i 2 3 setting by holding the up and down I really don't understand what that is for either.Can someone please help me
