I am trying to help my parents they have a HEIN air conditioner heater combination. I do not know much but when you turn it on the fan out side blows the fan inside turns everything makes noise but no AIR COMES OUT. Can anyone PLEASE HELP ITS REALLY HOT

im not an expert on air conditioners.

but from experiance the only advice i can offer is change the air filters.
if that doesnt work have a matenence person look at it. it may be frozen over.
