I do not know how to program my thermostat, it is a honeywell 7 day progarmer. The temperature stays at 83 and refuses to go down, it is hot and i do not know what to do. Please can some one respond and Help me

sorry,,,would be impossible without knowing the honeywell 7 day programer
honeywell probably made several hundred differant thermostats

There should be one choice that says "Hold" if you find this choose it and from there you can just go up or down with the tempature setting.

Then as you cool off find the model of your thermostat and get the instructions from the internet.
