I have a gsh140301 2.5ton 14 seer heat pump aruf303016 2.5ton air handler w/coil need the shcenatics how to run the 220 wires to the main box to my units

schematics will not give you a thorough detailed description on this. Sounds like a job for an electrician. You will need a dedicated 240 breaker from main panel, then you will need to know amp draw to size wire correctly, then have a disconnect near heat pump. As far as running the wires, it all depends on the code you fall under. IF you can give some more info, im sure one of the pros here can help you out.
