You have to do a tintback. You select a dye at least 1 level ighter than your natural color. Remember that bleached hair will absorb color very readily so if you pick the same color as your natural hair color, it will "grab" the color (absorb too much color) and be much darker than you want it to be.

You need to add in red to the color or your hair will have a greenish cast. This can be done by adding red to the mixture or you can pre-dye the hair slightly red.

This can be tricky and a salon would be a good choice of where to do it.
