I am executor of my mothers estate and after the funeral I found that family members have removed things from her house, a computer for one, and other items are gone.

What can I do about this?

I have no way to prove that these things are gone from the home, but I know they are!

Please help if you can

Thank You
James

If you cannot prove they are gone, its is going to be a tough time getting anything done about it.

Actually there may be ways to prove things were there but what to do about it is another thing. If there are reciepts or pictures that can be found then you have proof the items existed. Have the " family " members explained why the items came up missing ?
