My doctor seems not to be concerned about what I feel. Last Feb and MArch , I did not have my checkup, in which the front desk clerk said that my dr. cancelled my appointment. I came last April and told her what happened and complain about it because I was told that I have bladder infection , I have 2 appointments in April and 1 in MAy. Now, it's June and 37 week pregnant , my dr. is in Mexico she'll be back on Monday. She did not even endorse me to other doctor if their is an emergency and did not even gave me her number.
I'm just afraid because of medical condition everytime I got pregnant.

What rights do I have with regards to irresponsible doctors and overcharge payment.

Please help...
