I'm from THAILAND and I don't understand english also can't rewrite in english as well.. really need somebody to help for this. help me. thank you so much..

Business must learn to convert its technology into new products and services. And government must help rather than hinder U.S. companies attempt to compete in the global market.




11. Entrepreneurs need managerial ability to organize a company,develop operatings strategies, get financing, and manage day-to-day activities.


12. To compete with larger firms, entrepreneurs need to have creative product designs, marketing strategies, and solutions to managerial problems.


13. Some business owners may have experience in one area of business but in the specific type of business
they want to start.


14. Finding the right business idea means deciding whether you have the personal traits you need to succeed and then choosing the type of business that is best for you.


15. A person starting a new business must decide whether it will be a sole proprietorship, a corporation, or a limited liability.


16. ( Continued to 5 ) The choice depends on the type of business, number of employees, capital requirements, tax considerations, and level of risk.


17. Nearly all small business need a good certified public accountant (CPA), who can help with financial record keeping, tax planning, and decision marking.


18. The two forms of business financing are debt, borrowed funds that must be repaid with interest over a stated time period, and equity funds raised through the sale of stocks in the business.


19. Attracting good employees can be hard for the small firm, which may not be able to match the salaries, benefits, and advancement potential offered by larger firms.


20. Comfortable working conditions,flexible hours, opportunities to make decisions, and a share in profits and ownership are some of the ways to promote employee satisfaction....
