i have dry hair its not overly bad or anything but its from straightening it... anyway ive been using a hair moisteriser for the past cple of mnths & it seems to help but i was wondering if anyone had any other tips that arent to expensive. i have it cut every cple of mnths bt im tryn 2 grow it longer atm.. the length is halfway dwn my upper arm? lol thanks.

Do you use conditioner?

When my hair gets dry I use Aussie 3 minute miracle and leave it on as long as I can.
Bedhead is also a good brand.

Also eat healthy oils like olive oil, flaxseed oil,
omega fatty acid,

yeah i do use conditioner, i finally find some that work really well for my hair then i have to change again. thankyou for your help (:

Not sure what your night time care is. You may want to consider using a real satin pillowcase at night and letting your hair breathe. Lot's out there, but I found relief from on online site. neero-ana.
