I am a home daycare provider in FL. In the county where I live, we have A LOT of stuff we have to do to get licensed and there are many requirements during licensing that we have to uphold through out the time that we are licensed. We had to put up new fence, haul in dirt and sod, childproof the entire home and do tons of paperwork, tests, etc for me to get my license in FL. I've had my license here for the better part of a year, and I am moving to Lawrenceburg TN soon.

What are the requirements in that part of TN? What webistes (state websites) have this information? Becoming licensed in FL was hard work, I can't imagine it being harder to get licensed there. I just want to know what to expect once I'm there. Do I have to be licensed, or is it ok to just be registered through the state? Thanks for your help.
