the floor board heating will not shut off still blowing out heat i shut off the power then return power and it still blew out heat

can you tell us a little more about your system. Is it baseboard heat, or forced air heat. Or possibly a hot water kitchen sink toekick heater. This is the only floor board heater with forced air that i can think of. Please let me know what you have and i will try to help.
