Hi Guys,

I have received a new batch of Mono and HQ and would like to learn some nice effective recipes for both.

THis time Im going to stick to the exact recipes instead of concocting changes according to my discretion.

Anatola..I would appreciate your recommendation of all.. coz i guess both the products seem to have worked the most for you...

bTW do you have vitiligo at hte moment? doesnt it affect your sex life ? I mean doesnt your mate get bothered? Im scared of that part actually !
