I am an ayurvedic practitioner. I am working in a village in Karnataka. I want to start it big and want to set up a 10 bed hospital type OR resort type AYURVEDIC hospital. Should I take any permission for this? If yes by whom? guide.

Dear Cherno,
You have to take permission for Local health department of Tehsil, District of Municipality / Municipal corporation if you want to get your patients' reimbursement from insurance company. You have to register your clinic / nursing home with local authority.
