I do not have medical insurance at the moment. I have seen a doctor in the past and do know that I have Poly cysts on my ovaries. I have periods that do not stop unless I use birth control. I have been on this last period for well over a year. My husband and I would like to have kids, and with the lack of funds for medical problems I dont really know what to do. Anyone have any answers...? I had started walking 2 miles a day, and lost over twenty pounds, but recently my energy level has decreased, and I feel horrible...

Eating healthy and excersise is really what you manly can do. cycts on the ovaries makes it hard to get pregnant but not impossible.
Of course your engergy is going to decrease, excersising will do that to you, exspecially is your not eating good with it. In fact if you exspecially dont eat well it can make you feel ill.
Since your period go on for so long, and you have to take birthcontrol to stop it, its going to be really really hard to get pregnant. All I can really say is dont igve up hope. Theres some people that oddly get pregnant on there period (very rare). Sorry i wasnt much help

Bleeding for this long is a must to see a doctor. It could be many things, including some very serious medical conditions. I understand that you don't have insurance, but if you want to have children you NEED to see a doctor.

You are most likely tired due to anemia from loosing so much blood.

This is your reproductive health we are talking about. Not something to trust to strangers over the internet if you want to have children.
