I dyed my hair on Saturday, however, it did not take to my roots in the front, I really need to correct this. Is it ok if I re dye my hair on Monday, tow days later?

It's fine to dye it on Monday. You can even do it today, if you wish. Time doesn't help hair. Hair doesn't heal (no blood supply).
