Hi I'm working in one of top IT sector company as accounts executive. but my profile has nothing to do with preparation of trial balance. by book i know every thing but please if any one could tell me how to prepare it in corporate. I would be grateful.

To prepare a trial balance, it is necessary
for you to get hold of the ledger of your organisation.
If your organisation is a private company,
this information is not for every one to see.
Have a word with your Financial Controller
and ask him.
