I havent had a period In 9 months. I had an IUD for about a year and got It removed becouse It was starting to hurt. When It was removed I was spoting for about an hour that was feb of 07 Ive only had 4 or 5 periods and my last period was Aug 10-15, of 08. I dont know what it could be If you know any thing can you please help!!!:confused::confused::confused:

I am in a similar situation to yourself but the difference is since the past 8 months I have had my periods only three times and before this time my periods were pretty much regular, perhaps delayed by a few days to a week or so but never this irregular.


I would suggest that you go and see your doctor asap and he/she can send you off for blood tests to check on your Throid functions etc and also an ultrasound to see if your ovaries are ok, you should do that straightaway becos it sounds like there is something going on and not to have your periods for 9months straight through doesn't sound normal.

I am still waiting to find out what is wrong with me Ive had blood tests/ultrasound done but the reports are coming back all fine and I am really frustrated and trying to conceive aswell but without any success.
