I can't get the top panel to lift off to do maintenance on an outdoor central air unit. Lenox M/N HSXB15-030-230-01 S/N 5804B86082 It seems to be stuck in the right-hand corner if you're facing the unit. The side panel (right hand side) does come loose.
Any help is appreciated!
