I have a furnace with "on demand" hot water. The furnace is about 10 years old and until yesterday I have never had problems with running out of hot water. However, yesterday and today I ran out of hot water while taking a shower (~10 minutes). :confused: I'm not sure what's going on. Is there anything I can check?
