I am really interested to open my own on-line calling card business in UK. My back ground is from computer science but i dont have enough idea about Telecom sector.

i know inner on-line activities but dont know how to connect the database with Telecom.

can someone please tell me steps that i need to follow to set-up own business?

what types of technical things, cost and software i will need?
