Hello:

My right side, lower back right above my butt, next to my tailbone, hurts like hell. It almost feels like something is popped out of place, or I stretched something beyond it's limits. I've tried stretching and trying to make it maybe crack or pop a bit back into place, but it's in such an awkward position, right down by my tailbone, and almost impossible to feel any leeway there.
When I was 13 I had an incident when I was jumping on a trampoline and I landed on my butt to bounce off of it, and somehow hit it in a weird way, and for 4 months afterwards my tailbone hurt so badly that I couldn't sit on it properly. I'm now 20 and I'm wondering if that could have messed things up down there.
It hurts when I walk and twist and lay down in certain positions.
Has anybody had this before? What can I do to make it better? (besides going to the chiropractor).
Thanks!
