can I go back to being a blonde after my hair was severly damaged by bleaching my hair blonde 2 years ago? If so, how?

Hair grows about 6 inches (15 cm) per year. The 12 inches that have grown can be bleached or colored as you wish. If your hair is longer than that, then you risk it breaking off at or above the 12 inch mark. You can get a haircut if that occurs, however.

You bleach it or color it like you would bleach or color any virgin head of hair.
