I had my period 2 weeks ago and the it finished with brownish discharge a week later, since then for the past week i dont bleed during the day but after we have sex i bleed, it is quite a lot and bright red. Ive got a swab booked for monday to test it but i am very worried. Could it be as simple as a tear as my husband is in the army and has only been back from canada for a few weeks so there was 5 months i didnt have sex now its everyday and sometimes rough. could that be a reason? The nurse said it the 2 big possibilities are cervical erosion or chlamydia but i dont know? how would i have got them?

When nurse says 'cerivical erosion' I think she is being nice and saying, yes rough sex will do it every time and you could be not as well lubricated all the time too. You need to have Astroglide on hand just in case. The fact that the blood is bright red shows that it is new lesions which would occur from you not being wet enough inside.

Yep. Rough sex would do the trick and im talking from experience. My boyfriend is in army too and trust me the sex can get rough- i dont know if its him takin out all frustrations etc but I like it- to some extent. Not the sore bleeding part though. I dont think i bleed as much as u though but its connected. I hope its not chlaymidia because then u two gotta talk about fidelity. We women can abstain and be contented- but men.....hmmm. They're different :(
