in 2007 i received a W-2 after I had already filed my taxes. I did not have the money to pay my tax company to file this amendment. Can I still file and am I still eligable for the money.

If you did not report any W2 income on your tax return, you must file amended tax return Form 1040X.
If you have a tax software, you can use it. Or you can download form from Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov) and do the return.
If you have a refund, you will get it. If you owe money, you must pay with interest and penalty.
