This functionality tends to be supported by the application doing the printing although some drivers also offer it. Check your application settings or the driver properties when printing. Thank you for your answers How will I use Word do I have to copy the download to word or just what do I do I am a novis. ScottGem May 1, 2009, 10:59 AM What exactly are you trying to print? mat1500 May 1, 2009, 05:53 PM I am trying to print a 97 page report from the internet and want to print on both sides of the page. As you suggested must I copy it into word in order to print even then odd pages? I know I can print page one then turn paper over and print page 2 but this is very time consuming. Thank you for trying to help. ScottGem May 1, 2009, 06:12 PM What format is the document you downloaded? mat1500 May 1, 2009, 10:14 PM How do I determine the format? I have no idea what the format is. ISneezeFunny May 1, 2009, 10:28 PM What program are you using currently for the document? is it a doc file, a pdf, etc? mat1500 May 1, 2009, 10:45 PM it is a PDF file ISneezeFunny May 1, 2009, 10:50 PM Ah. If you hit PRINT, the printing window comes up. Under "Print Range," click on *PAGES*, and then under the SUBSET menu, click it and click on ODD PAGES ONLY, then EVEN PAGES ONLY. mat1500 May 1, 2009, 11:07 PM Thank you ever so much. Once I got it in the PDF format the even or odd pages came up. This will save me lots of time can't thank you enough. Ralph ScottGem May 2, 2009, 05:04 AM The Acrobat reader doesn't offer the option to print only odd or even pages. So you would need to convert the file to Word or some other word processor that has that option. You can try copy and pasting from the PDF into Word or look for a conversion utility. ISneezeFunny May 2, 2009, 07:21 AM actually scott, I think it does. look at my prev post. Copyright ©2005-, Ask Me Help Desk
