claim 1 for you, 1 for dependant, 1 for head of household, and 1 for daycare (if you pay for daycare abd have receipts to send to the IRS)
you should claim 4 w/daycare 3 w/out

If you did not have any tax on your 2008 tax return and do not expect to have any tax in 2009, then claim exempt.
