I know that vitamin c helps your skin recover faster when lightening, but what other vitamins do you recommend? I know that vitamin e is good if applied on the skin but it is recommended for irritated skin?

Vitamin A reduces facial lines and wrinkles& its good for controlling acne. Vitamin B (Biotin, Niacin) gives the skin a healthy glow while hydrating cells, and increasing overall tone. Vitamin C reduces the damage caused by sunlight. Vitamin E reduces the harmful effects of the sun on the skin. Vitamin K (Topical) reduces under eye circles. ** When its used with vitamin A in a cream or serum, vitamin K can be even more effective for dark circles. Hope This Helped! :) lighterrr Apr 30, 2009, 01:46 PM Vitamins A,B,C,E, & K (Topical Only) will help improve your skin. Vitamin A reduces facial lines and wrinkles& its good for controlling acne.
