You can never go wrong with a blood test. They can detect pregnancy from 7-12 days of possible conception.

As for urine tests you can try and take it the day of your missed period.

If you are saying that you are 3 weeks late on your period, then yes....most women will get an accurate result on a pregnancy test at this point.

I see from your other post that you were 3 days late and then started your period. It is not uncommon for a period to be off by a few days here and there.
