Actually no topical treatments that actually enhance lips. Only true lip enhancers are collegen injections that last six months or more. Done by a plastic surgeon in Ontario, dont know who would do them anywhere else.

There are quite a few lip glosses out there that plump up lips and make them look fuller.

I have tried and tested quite a few, my firm favourites are by Time Delay Lip Plumping gloss and Pout.
