I received a Summons and I need to know how to fill out the PLD-C-010 form. It is an answer form to send back to the Judge and the debt is real and I'm not going to contest anything. I'm trying to work it out with the agency, but I don't want it to go to court and I want to answer back. I just need to know what sections to fill out and what not to fill out.

I know to honest. But the form is confusing and I just need some advise on how to fill it out.I know not admit to anything because of interest and late charges. How do I go about this?
