please could you help me. I have been to the doctors where I stay and they are not much help. :( For the last 2 periods I have been really heavy and there has been a lot of clotting. It is even worse than when I had my child. I am getting really tired also, so someone suggested I get iron tablets. I have been on them for several days, however I do not find that I am less tired. I am starting to get really down about this, and I do not know where else to turn. Please Please help me.

You may want to include vitamin b12 in your vitamin regiment.
I am including a link I hope you find helpful.
