Hello!

Oh where do I start?! There are loads of good products out there containing Kojic acid and Glycolic acid.

Glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid, so is lactic acid which is more suitable for sensitive skin.

My personal fave glycolic acid product is by Alpha H and it's called Liquid Gold. You use it a few times suring the week and only at night. They also have a cream called balancing moisturiser which contains 10% of glycolic acid, you can even use this moisturiser under your eyes for any bumps that might be there. So you could use either one these products. Remember, if you use any alpha hydroxy acid product, you will need to use sunscreen, at least spf 15.

For kojic acid products, I prefer soaps. Diana Stalder have a black soap that contains kojic acid, I used it a while ago and it helped my acne quite a lot. And my scars had lightened somewhat.

So using a combination of alpha hydroxy acids and kojic acid, you will most probably get the results you want.

Good luck! :)

Thanks a lott for your responses....

Is there any cream or peel containing kojic acid??? My primary purpose is to fade my remaining scars and then bring back my glow... Do you think kojic acid and glycolic acid will solve the purpose?????
Can i get a product having combination of glycolic and kojic acid.
Just wanted to check out that I can get these products in India????

Thanks

I don't think there would be a peel that included an AHA and a lightening ingredient in one.

I do believe that a combination of glycolic acid and kojic will help your scarring. Glycolic acid will help renew the skin whilst kojic acid may help lighten the scar.

I'm not sure if you can buy Alpha-H products from India. Although, I do know that Shahnaz Hussain's salons do offer glycolic peels.
For Diana Stalder, you could get them easily shipped to you. Check out eBay.com I'm sure some sellers would be happy to ship to India.
