There is waxing it off, bleaching it, tweezing it off, or as suggested shaving it.

You could use smooth away. It's very effective.

i sometimes shave mine but i usually pluck it with a tweezer because it pulls the whole hair out. it doesn't hurt that much after you do it many times

I say waxing it is the best but if you can't afford it smooth away would be the second best ;)
