I am 33 and my periods have always lasted 5 days the first 2 being heavy. March period lasted 14 days started out normal then the last 7 days was very heavy and passing large clots. I started again in 2 weeks, so far this months has lasted 13 days with regular bleeding and passing clots. No cramping or pain. I am very confused:confused:

I could list the possible reasons for this, but I do not think I should. Considering there could be different reasons for this. That is why it is best to seek out medical advice from a doctor.

I once went through a period in time where i bleed for 6 weeks straight, went to the doc, he could not find the problem, then had an ultrasound where they found a polyp on the posterior part of my uterus.
So see your doc, dont delay the not knowing is stressful enough.
