Do you mean you want to call the people who run Yahoo and talk with them?

Yahoo! Customer Service Phone Number
1-866-562-7219 or 1-866-562-7228 (they seem to have multiple numbers. Remember the motto of Yahoo, "we make it very hard for people to contact us"

The Yahoo headquarters are in Sunnyvale, CA. Call 411 and ask for yahoo.

someone has stolen my husbands identity and made charges over the internet that we are now being billed for on our internet providers bill. They had all of our common info but used a fake mothers maiden name and a fake e-mail address (using his name in it) to get the items. The e-mail address was a yahoo address.
does anyone know how we can trace this back to the scam artist?

You are not really one to talk "BrutallyHelpful"
I have yet to see you post one helpful piece of information.

It is fine to inform people that they should start a new topic but picking on someone's username is RUDE.
