Hi,

I am a Brazilian filling a Nevada LLC. I don't have the SSN and I do not live in the US, but some companies offer services to get the EIN without the SSN. I will open a corporate bank account once the EIN is obtained. My question concerns taxes and pass-through.

As far as I know, the Nevada LLC does not pay any kind of tax. As a sole owner LLC, I will have to fill the Schedule C form, according to a NOLO book I am reading. Please confirm.

If I NEVER pass any profits from the LLC to my personal bank account in the US or in Brazil, I would like to know if I will or will not pay some kind of taxes.

The LLC will be a publishing house.

If anyone can help here providing paid services in the future regarding tax filling forms and other services, please give me your email address. I am planning to do the bookeeping, but currently I know almost nothing about the US forms.

Thank you!

Fabio
