My printer wont print for the memorex cd label maker software, works good otherwise, windows vista, hp photomart c5180 all in one printer

Sorry for the delay in responding with you. We have been inundated with children and birthday parties lately.

First step, Make sure the Memorex software is compliant with the HP printer. Then make sure HP agrees with Memorex.

What type of label are you doing? Paper or direct to a CD? Can you do a print to file and then attach the file to this item so I can see the data that is going to the printer.

Also, how is your printer connected to your PC?
