my daughter colors her hair alot. she wanted to lighten here hair ,so she used a color lifter, then she recolored, she was not happy with her color , so she recolored ,she says there is a spot in here hair that feels greasy, like it will not dry,she was advised to deep condition, still has problem.***she did not use bleach to lift color** any advise
