i am 22 year old....i have been facin\g problem of itching in pennis for last 4-5 yrs,...it occurs too much in summers due to sweat..have never used anyting...suggest a medicine

First of all one must ask about your sex-life.
Protected, or unprotected.......or virgin.

Does the itch happen around the shaft and does it turn red and become tender after you scratch?
Dry skin/flaking occur and does the itch reduce after a shower?

If so it could be fungal, if this is the case try a anti-fungal cream.

If it presist and no change after treatment you better get to a doctor.

Try washing it more often. Are your pants too tight? Are you wearing cotton underwear? Is your underwear too tight?

Since it's been that long- have you ever consulted a doctor? If not please go!
