Vicodin is hydrocodone + acetaminophen. Acetaminophen is the stuff in Tylenol.

Hydrocodone has a half life of between 3.8 and 6 hours.

So, you can figure 1 day after the last dose, a maximum of 1/16th of it is left in the system. After 2 days, 1/256th of it is left. After 3 days 1/4096th of it is there -- probably barely detectable.
